Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is an intimate and empowering journey tailored to your unique needs. We understand the significance of privacy and the need for a safe space to delve into the barriers that hinder your progress. Our dedicated therapists provide a confidential and non-judgmental environment where you can freely explore the aspects of your life that may be holding you back. With our guidance, you will find the permission and support to navigate these obstacles, gain deeper self-awareness, and unlock the transformative potential within you. Together, we will embark on a path of healing and personal growth.

Group Therapy

Sometimes there are specific skills that we want to learn quickly. Group therapy follows an itinerary that covers empirically-validated treatment format that is faster paced than individual therapy with the safety of being led by a trained therapist. Another benefit of group is having this sense of not being alone in the struggle and learning from watching like-minded people grow alongside you.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): A series of mental health survival skills that focus on crisis management, mindfulness, regulating emotions, and relationship skills

Seeking Safety: A skills-based group specifically designed to address trauma by focusing on the need for safety, humanistic goals in healing (i.e., self-compassion and honesty), and minimizing compulsive forms of coping (i.e., abusing alcohol and other drugs, binge eating, and other numbing behaviors).

At any given time, we usually have groups running for adults and teens (12-18 years old). Some of the groups for teens in the past have been DBT, self-compassion, and process-oriented groups.

To sign up for group, we will need you to schedule an intake session. For more information on scheduling an intake appointment or about which groups are currently offered, please click on the button below.
